Getting Started
Accounts are created by congregation elders. Contact your congregation's elders to request access. They will provide you with login credentials.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, or contact your congregation elders who can reset your password.

Android: Search for "Hermanos" in Google Play
Web: Visit app.hermanos.site
Using the App
1. Sign in to the app
2. Navigate to "Reports" section
3. Click "Submit New Report"
4. Enter your hours, placements, return visits, and Bible studies
5. Click "Submit"
Your assignments are displayed on your dashboard when you sign in. You can also navigate to the "Assignments" section to see all upcoming assignments with dates and details.
Yes! Click on any assignment and select "Add to Calendar" to export it to your device's calendar app.
Go to Settings β Profile to update your email, phone number, and address. Some information may require elder approval.
Technical Issues
Try these steps:
- Close and restart the app
- Check your internet connection
- Update to the latest app version
- Clear app cache (Settings β Storage)
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
If the problem persists, contact us with your device type and app version.
Check:
- You're using the correct username and password
- Your account is active (contact elders)
- You have an internet connection
- The app is up to date
If you still can't log in, use "Forgot Password" or contact your congregation elders.
Check:
- Notifications are enabled in the app (Settings β Notifications)
- Notifications are enabled in your device settings
- The app has permission to send notifications
- Battery optimization isn't blocking the app
Data syncs automatically when you have an internet connection. If data isn't syncing:
- Check your internet connection
- Pull down to refresh the screen
- Sign out and sign back in
- Make sure you're using the same account on all devices

Privacy & Security
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Your field service reports are only visible to authorized congregation administrators (elders and ministerial servants). Regular congregation members cannot see your reports.
To delete your account and data, contact your congregation elders or email us at suporte@hermanos.site with your request.
Yes. Go to Settings β Export Data to download your personal information and reports in CSV format.

No, Hermanos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania or any related entity. It is an independent tool created to help congregations.
Yes, Hermanos is 100% free for all congregation members. There are no subscriptions, fees, or in-app purchases. Donations to support development and maintenance are welcome but never required.
Currently, Hermanos supports English and Spanish. You can switch languages in Settings β Language or use the language toggle on this website.
